What happens when you come face to face with a version of yourself you barely recognize anymore?

In this deeply reflective episode, Natalie shares the unexpected moment she discovered an old journal entry from June 2025, a time when she felt stuck, exhausted, and uncertain about what was ahead. What unfolds is a powerful realization: the shift she had been waiting for didn’t arrive as an external breakthrough, but as an internal transformation.

This episode explores the quiet evolution of identity, the subtle power of boundaries, and the moment you realize you are no longer who you once were, even if your surroundings haven’t fully changed yet.
