Yesterday one of my team members came to my office perplexed.
She’d just asked why a colleague with only a year more experience was making so much more than her.
She said, “I didn’t mean to cause trouble.”

I told her, “No, you didn’t cause trouble….you caused change.”

We sat there talking about how easily women are trained to shrink after standing up for themselves.
But silence keeps you small; truth sets the table for abundance.

A closed mouth doesn’t get fed.
Closed mouths don’t get clarity, promotions, or the raise you deserve.
Speaking up isn’t confrontation, it’s alignment.

When you use your voice, you become the energetic match for increase.
Because of her courage, she’ll now receive an expanded sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the coming market adjustment.
If she’d stayed quiet, she would’ve only received what someone else decided was “enough.”
