The Frequency Test
I couldn’t sleep last night. The energy was pulsing again — that same hum that showed up during the solar flares. I later saw that the Schumann resonance had spiked “off the charts.” The Earth was literally vibrating at a higher frequency, and so was I.
A reader I follow mentioned she couldn’t dream either. She said we were all being guided to rest — to let our nervous systems recalibrate. That comforted me. I’ve learned that when the planet surges like that, my body does too. Sometimes it’s not anxiety; it’s attunement.
⚡️ When the Universe Sends a Pop Quiz
This morning, I had an unexpected moment of clarity disguised as a social-media exchange.
A photographer I’d recently connected with; handsome, successful, established; posted a picture from a football game. It wasn’t one of his usual high-quality shots, just a grainy image of a politician being booed in the crowd. No caption, no music.
I sent a simple emoji — 😒 — and he laughed, saying he “had to get the shot.”
I understood the thrill of the moment, but what I felt underneath was different: that subtle vibration of hustle energy. The kind that chases validation instead of vision.
He has a thriving business and impressive portfolio, but the post felt off-frequency, more like an opportunity to be seen than to create meaning. I realized I didn’t need to explain it to him. My intuition had already done the translation: Not my energy.
That’s discernment in action. Sometimes we outgrow the frequencies we used to admire.
💫 The Cosmic Mirror
It makes sense that this surfaced under today’s sky.
Mercury Retrograde conjunct Mars: sharp truth, quick reactions, mental heat. It’s easy to speak too soon or see too much. The lesson is to observe before responding.
Venus conjunct Uranus: sudden realizations in relationships and creative collaborations — the kind that show you what aligns and what no longer does.
Moon in Pisces with Saturn and Neptune retrograde: spiritual discernment; emotional maturity over fantasy.
The cosmos was teaching through contrast: this is what ungrounded ambition looks like, and this is what aligned peace feels like.
🌿 Integration
I used to engage with everything that caught my attention to fix, explain, or make sense of it. Now, I let awareness be enough.
The old me would have overanalyzed the interaction or tried to convince him to “see it differently.” The current me just smiled, closed the app, and returned to stillness. That’s growth: responding to misalignment with grace, not commentary.
This morning confirmed something: discernment doesn’t always speak — sometimes it simply redirects.
