🌙 Soul Wealth Chronicles — Issue #7
The Sacred Pause: Choosing Rest Without Guilt
🌧 Opening Reflection
The rain hasn’t stopped for days. Neither has the pull in my spirit to stop, sit, and breathe. For once, I didn’t fight it. I rested. And in that rest, I found something sacred.
For years, I thought rest was weakness. If I wasn’t producing, I wasn’t worthy. I carried guilt whenever I paused, as if slowing down meant falling behind. But what I’ve come to realize is this: rest is not laziness. It is alignment.
🪞 The Lie of Productivity
We’ve been conditioned to glorify exhaustion and call it success. I know I’ve lived by that story, saying yes when I wanted to say no, pushing when I needed to pause, and measuring my worth by how much I gave away.
But exhaustion is not abundance. Productivity without rest is burnout, not wealth.
🌙 The Sacred Pause
What I’ve learned is that the pause is not empty, it’s sacred. It’s in stillness that clarity returns. It’s in silence that the whispers of your soul rise up.
Rest is not indulgence, it’s sovereignty.
🌱 Closing Insight
Rest is not the absence of progress, it’s the root of true sovereignty. My own rebirth has been shaped more by the pauses than the pushes.
I wonder, what might your next sacred pause reveal?

🕊 Send-Off
This is a theme I’ll be sharing more about in my upcoming podcast, Becoming Natalie: The Soul Wealth Podcast 🎙️ and in my upcoming book Becoming Natalie 📖. Both will explore my journey of faith, rebirth, and living beyond the limits of what we were taught. And yes, the book is coming. Becoming Natalie is unfolding page by page, just like this newsletter. Thank you for walking this rebirth journey with me.
Until next time—rest when you need, rise when you’re ready. 🌙🦋
With love,
Natalie

I think we shared that same spirit where I have felt that if I’m not doing something, I’m not being productive. I’m learning as I’m maturing that it’s so important to be still, reflect, and get clarity with God in those moments. 🙏🏾🫶🏾
