For a long time….
I believed I was stuck.
Not moving.
Not progressing.
Not getting where I thought I should be.
It felt like I was in the same place…
no matter what I did.
And the more I tried to figure it out…
the more frustrated I became.
Because nothing seemed to be changing.
But recently…
I did something simple.
I looked back.
Not casually.
Not briefly.
But intentionally.
And what I saw changed everything.
I wasn’t stuck.
I was changing in ways I couldn’t see at the time.
The movement wasn’t external.
It was internal.
My awareness was shifting.
My patterns are breaking.
My perspective was evolving.
And because it wasn’t visible…
I didn’t recognize it as progress.
But it was.
Looking back now…
I can see how much has changed.
Not just in my life…
but in how I move through it.
And that’s when it hit me…
I wasn’t stuck.
I just couldn’t see the movement yet.
