One week ago, I almost missed an anniversary.

On August 9, 2026, a Facebook memory reminded me that exactly one year earlier, on August 9, 2025, I had pressed publish on the very first issue of Soul Wealth Chronicles.

One year.

I hadn’t been counting down to it. I didn’t have the date circled on my calendar. There wasn’t some elaborate anniversary celebration waiting in the wings.

Life had simply kept moving.

But when that memory appeared, I stopped.

And, naturally, I went back and read Issue 1.

The title was:

Full Moon in Aquarius: Rebirth Your Authentic Self

Reading it one year later felt different.

Not because I disagreed with the woman who wrote it.

Because I finally understood what she was doing.

She thought she was writing about rebirth.

She didn’t know she was documenting her own.

I Thought I Was Starting a Newsletter

When I published that first issue, I was writing about authenticity, transformation, freedom and answering the call to become more fully yourself.

I wrote about my own desire to build a life rooted in personal freedom and collective impact.

I asked:

What areas of your life are ready to be reborn? Where can you embrace your unique voice and share it with the world?

At the time, those were reflection questions.

Today, they read differently.

Because over the following year, I would have to answer them.

Not theoretically.

With my life.

I would question old definitions of success.

I would reconsider what I wanted from my career.

I would become more protective of my energy.

I would establish boundaries that an earlier version of me might have struggled to hold.

I would become increasingly comfortable saying what I actually thought.

I would begin imagining a life that wasn’t organized entirely around what I was supposed to do next.

And somewhere along the way, the newsletter stopped simply being a place where I wrote about transformation.

It became the place where I documented transformation while it was happening.

The Receipts Were Already There

There is something almost surreal about reading your old words after you’ve lived through the things you couldn’t yet see.

In Issue 1, I encouraged readers to ask what their soul genuinely wanted to create or experience.

I wrote about activating creativity, pursuing new ventures, connecting with like-minded people and taking one small action toward authentic expression.

And then there was this.

At the end of my very first issue, I announced an upcoming podcast:

Becoming Natalie: The Soul Wealth Podcast.

It didn’t exist yet.

It was an idea.

A possibility.

Something I knew I wanted to create before I knew exactly how I would create it.

Eight months later, in April 2026, the podcast launched.

Today, it has evolved into Becoming Natalie: The Soul Wealth Rebirth Podcast™.

That matters to me because we’re often so impatient with the space between an idea and its physical manifestation.

We decide something isn’t happening because it hasn’t happened yet.

But sometimes an idea isn’t dead.

It’s developing.

Issue 1 reminded me of that.

A Note for My Paid Subscribers

It has been a while since I’ve written something specifically for you, and this anniversary felt like the right moment to change that.

Because when I look beyond what I’ve created over the past year and ask what these 105 published newsletters actually reveal, I see something much more personal:

I can see who I was becoming while I was still too close to the story to recognize her.
